The Synthetic Love project explores the role of AI in intimacy and loneliness through digital films made using technologies such as Blender and Luma AI. Our research focuses on the positive and negative impacts that people experience when exploring AI in modern society, encouraging young audiences in capitalist contexts to reflect on issues such as AI, emotional connection, and privacy. Feedback sessions with our target audience ensure that the film communicates its message effectively and strengthens understanding of the societal impact of AI.
