"Ridley" is an immersive, multisensory project documenting the vibrant multicultural heritage of Ridley Road Market in Dalston, Hackney. By combining 3D scans, binaural audio, and film, this project captures the sounds and stories of the market's diverse vendors, highlighting the impacts of gentrification. It includes an experimental live performance with Cenk Esen (keys) and Julia Brüssel (violin), blending market sounds with music and fostering deep reflection on food as a medium of memory and cultural preservation.
