In many Asian countries, women perform important but unpaid domestic labour and are often considered "unemployed". The gendered division of labour in society, which requires women to handle household chores while men work outside the home, results in women spending more time on unpaid work, limiting their opportunities. The invisibility of this labour makes it seem simple and mundane. This project uses games and videos to explore the unpaid domestic labour of Asian housewives, highlighting gender differences and the challenges they face.

The project combines real-life videos and interactive games to explore gender differences in unpaid and invisible housework and the amount of time spent doing housework at home for Asian housewives from the perspectives of each gender. It simulates the pressures and challenges faced by real-life women, allowing players to complete heavy household chores while dealing with random invisible chores within a specified time frame. Players will be immersed in repetitive and tedious household chores. They can experience the physical and mental stress associated with prolonged domestic labour, thus triggering deep reflection and discussion on gender inequality.
